Myriad options available at The Christopher Collection

Along with its luxury residential designs and a country club location, The Christopher Collection offers home buyers the opportunity to customize their homes to fit their lifestyles.

"... Christopher Homes includes a $25,000 allowance in the base price of each home in The Christopher Collection, which our buyers can use for a variety of structural variations, design center customizing options or both," sales agent Teresa Tebbs said.

"This is a unique concept, where Christopher Homes includes an already impressive list of amenities and then allows the buyer to select $25,000 in extra features to customize their home to their own particular taste and lifestyle. Located in the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, the neighborhood offers homes measuring from about 3,000 to more than 6,200 square feet. Prices range from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million.

Fifteen designs are offered, including five single-story plans; two two-story residences with main-level owner suites; and eight two-story plans with upstairs owner suites. Each includes a stainless steel appliance package, oak or maple cabinetry, and granite counter tops.

"Each home offers three to four different exterior elevation choices with a variety of color palates and myriad floor plan variations," Tebbs said.

Design options include elevators, casitas, wine cellars, and courtyards with fireplaces.

The home sites average about one-quarter acre and offer city, mountain and golf course views. More than 75 percent of the lots are located along the golf course.

Buyers have access to the amenities of the Southern Highlands Golf Club. They include a guard-gated entrance, roving security and concierge services. Recreational facilities include a 42,000-square-foot clubhouse, and a planned sports and fitness center, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

The enclave is located on the southern edge of the 2,300-acre Southern Highlands community.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Lake Mead Drive exit and go west. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
