Pulte Homes unveils Eagle Crossing
Pulte Homes unveils its Eagle Crossing neighborhood today in northwest Las Vegas. The builder will showcase the neighborhood's floor plans at its nearby Diamond Creek neighborhood. Since the builder is not constructing models at Eagle Crossing, the savings will be passed on to the home buyer, according to Jeff Galindo, sales manager. "We are able to price the homes in Eagle Crossing more aggressively than any other," Galindo said. "Everyone knows how land prices have skyrocketed over the past few years, and given that we purchased this land at four-year old prices and only 44 home sites are available, Eagle Crossing is sure to sell out very quickly." Single-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,372 to 1,695 square feet with three to four bedrooms. For a limited time, the builder will include a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblind package with each home purchase. Prices start from $136,900 to $165,990. Amenities include gaslights and a 2-acre park. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and exit east. Proceed to Jones Boulevard, head north to Elkhorn Road and turn right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pulte has 13 active neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
