"These are great floor plans and we wanted to attract the segment of buyers who are interested in buying a new home but not necessarily within a master-planned community," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for the developer. Residence 1832 has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, dining room and loft with an option in this plan to convert the loft into a fourth bedroom or master retreat.
Residence 2255 includes four bedrooms, three baths, great room, island kitchen and loft. In this plan, the loft can be converted in to a fifth bedroom or den. Prices at West 57th start in the high $200,000s.
"West 57th really has a plan for everyone. With the ability to add additional bedrooms to two of the plans, the homes become very versatile for families looking to buy and be able to grow with their homes," Soucie said.
Homes in this community have 9-foot ceilings as well as vaulted ceilings in select areas on the second floor. Standard features include 6 1/2-inch baseboards and raised panel doors throughout, Maytag appliances, Honey Beech cabinets, white mission stair rails, gas fireplaces and media niches.
