Developer of the all one-story neighborhood Yellowstone at Mountain's Edge, Meritage homes has opened models for two new neighborhoods.
Summer Trail and Watermarke, located in the 3,500-acre Mountain's Edge master-planned community will offer more than 200 floor plans and more than 100 model homes, combined.

"Meritage is one of 20 home builders at Mountain's Edge, and since the builder's Yellowstone community has been so well received, interested home buyers have been eagerly awaiting for these two additional neighborhoods to come online," said Deonna Stocker, manager of information center operations at the Home Search Café.
Watermarke is a luxury condominium development, featuring four floor plans, a clubhouse with pool and spa, fitness center, lounge area, billiards room and outdoor fireplace.
Summer Trail is a gated-neighborhood of two-story homes, featuring three floor plans, rangiing from 2,318 to 2,641 square feet.
The homes offer up to six bedrooms and up to four baths with two- and three-car tandem garage, fireplace and kitchen islands.
Residents will have access to Exploration Park, scheduled to grand open this spring.
The park will introduce the natural elements of the master-planned geography and history within 80-acres of themed areas and displays.
Park areas will be interconnected through a series of paseos and sidewalks, in more than 500 acres of trails and open space including a total of six parks.
Park designs include a 280-acre regional park, planned for the center of the community, in addition to adult and youth baseball fields, multi-use sports fields, picnic areas and playgrounds.
In an effort to support water conservation, the builder hosts seminars and classes through its Demonstration Garden. Located at the entrance to Mountain's Edge.
Garden seminars are hosted by experts imparting lessons on how to create water-smart landscaping.
In its commitment water conservation, the community has limited turf usage to the areas of parks and schools.
When fully developed, the master plan will feature four elementary schools, two middle schools as well as a high school.
The community will have a fire station, shopping centers, restaurants and commercial office space.
The Home Search Café, located at the community's entrance on Buffalo Drive and Blue Diamond Road, is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
