Richmond American stacks up 'Value'

Richmond American's Value Stacks Up event comes to a close tomorrow. The limited-time offer lets buyers personalize their new home by selecting six options and upgrades at no additional cost.

Choices such as stainless steel appliances and window coverings help buyers make their new home move-in ready, while options like granite kitchen countertops and two-tone interior paint are designed to enhance a home's beauty, said Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas North Division.

"The best part of the Value Stacks Up event is that it lets buyers choose exactly what they want," Bloom said.

Options include washer and dryer or security or video system, among possible upgrades, according to Bloom. The event ends March 11.

RichmondAmerican.com provides a full list Value Stacks Up options.

The developer offers more than 100 different floor plans and over 50 communities throughout Las Vegas, from northern Las Vegas to the southwest valley.

Neighborhoods by the builder are also located within master-planned communities such as Southern Highlands and Summerlin. The builder prides itself on offering neighborhoods and home designs to meet every family's needs, according to Bloom.

Homes are priced from the $200,000s to the $600,000s, and floor plans span from 1,350 to 4,000 square feet, two to seven bedrooms and two to four baths.

Model homes and sales centers are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Friday when they open at noon.

Buyers can learn more about the developer's communities and floor plans by visiting the Home Gallery off Interstate15 and Blue Diamond Road.

Visitors to the gallery can browse floor plans, neighborhoods, design options, model kitchens and more.

New home specialists and professional design consultants are on hand to provide assistance. Representatives from Richmond American's affiliate, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corp., can answer financing questions.

"The Home Gallery offers something truly unique to the industry," said Susan Lee, new home manager. "Instead of driving all over town, you can visit the Home Gallery and find everything you need right here. You can search communities and floor plans to find the home that fits your needs, and then choose all your finishing touches and design options. This is a place where finding a new home isn't time-consuming and difficult; it's convenient and enjoyable."

To visit the Home Gallery, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond Road exit. Go west on Blue Diamond, north on Dean Martin Drive, and right on Robindale Road. Take the first right into the parking lot, then take an immediate left and follow the parking lot to the Home Gallery.

It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily, except Saturday when it closes at 6 p.m., and Sunday when it opens from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To take a virtual tour online, visit DiscoverHomeGallery.com.

With communities in more than 25 markets across the country, the builder has constructed and sold more than 145,000 homes over the past 35 years.

Parent company, M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., was recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the nation's Most Admired Builders and has been named to Forbes magazine's Platinum List of the 400 best big companies in America.

For more information about the developer, call its Homebuyer Resource Center toll-free at 877-420-1868, or visit RichmondAmerican.com.

Availability, value and composition of package options may vary by community, plan, elevation and/or location.

Maximum value of some options or option packages is limited. Upgrades may apply to select features or areas of the home and/or lot. Package options may be installed after closing, according to the builder.
