William Lyon Homes ushers in brand new phase at The Cottages

Home buyers seeking immediate move-ins and those with more extended moving timelines will find a variety of choices at The Cottages at Centennial Ranch, according to William Lyon Homes sales agent Mieko Donovan. The gated development of two-story homes is located in North Las Vegas.

"Whether people want to move right now or prefer to wait until the end of June when school's out, we encourage them to explore our excellent purchasing opportunities," Donovan said. According to Donovan, the builder is offering a $20,000 incentive toward closing costs plus upgraded appliances to buyers who use the preferred lender and purchase homes available for immediate move-ins. The appliance package includes a microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Three homes are available. The 1,460-square-foot Plan Two has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The two Plan Four homes available, include a 1,776-square-foot layout of three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and loft. The homes include a two-car garage, covered front entry, combined living and dining rooms, upstairs laundry and walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Homes available for immediate move-ins are priced from the upper $200,000s.

The homes also include granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry and high-grade flooring.

The new phase of the development offers four floor plans of two-story design, priced from the mid-$200,000s. Layouts range from 1,335 to 1,776 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All of the home designs feature a two-car garage. Standard architectural highlights include second-floor interior laundries, walk-in closets in all master suites and dual sinks in all master baths. Some floor plans include a covered front porch, kitchen pantry, multiple linen closets and storage space under the stairs.

Homes in the new phase come with a $10,000 incentive toward closing costs and an upgraded appliance package. The offer is available to home buyers using the builder's preferred lender.
