KB Home is pre-selling homes in its Somerset and Capri neighborhoods within The Vistas village in Summerlin in the southwestern valley. They are set to follow the success of the builder's nearby Sonesta and Portofino neighborhoods, which are nearly sold out. Somerset offers five floor plans, ranging from 1,231 to 1,858 square feet with prices starting from the high $150,000s. The one- and two-story homes have two to four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. Capri offers five floor plans, measuring from 1,713 to 2,531 square feet with prices ranging from the low $190,000s to the $220,000s. The one- and two-story homes have three to six bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. Options include courtyard entries, master retreats and above-garage bonus rooms. Information about Somerset is available at Portofino, while information about Capri is available at Sonesta. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, go right on the roundabout to Park Vista Drive and proceed south. The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m. The builder helps buyers customize their homes at its 22,000-square-foot design center, 7440 S.
