Heritage Glen nears closeout in Summerlin

Only a few home sites and one quick-delivery home remain at Heritage Glen, a luxury-home neighborhood by Toll Bros. in Summerlin's Willow Creek village.

Four floor plans, the Abbotsford, Beningbrough, Chatsworth and Stanford, are available at the guard-gated neighborhood. Homes are priced from the mid-$400,000s.

Amenities include granite kitchen counter tops with cast-iron sinks, pantries, dual wall ovens, ceramic-tile flooring, spa tubs in the master baths, and three-car garages.

The single-story Abbotsford has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a study, great room with a media niche and fireplace, dining room with a bay window and two covered patios.

A foyer and sweeping staircase highlight the two-story Beningbrough, which is available for quick delivery. It has a study, living room, dining room and family room with an entertainment niche and fireplace. The home's master suite has a private loft and its master bath features dual vanities, a snail shower and dressing area. A princess suite and two additional bedrooms, including one with a balcony, complete the home.

The Chatsworth is a four-bedroom home with dual circular staircases. It offers a formal dining room with a two-story bay window, formal living room, family room, wet bar, study with a private porch and a downstairs bedroom with a private bath. Additionally, the home features an upstairs bonus room; two bedrooms with private baths; and a master suite with a media niche, bay window, dual walk-in closets and dual-entry shower.

Features of the two-story Stanford include a two-story foyer, library with a bay window, formal living room with a fireplace, formal dining room, family room with a built-in entertainment niche and fireplace, and downstairs bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath. The second floor features three bedrooms, including one with a balcony; a loft; and a master suite with a media niche, walk-in closet and bath with dual vanities and separate sit-down vanity.

Village amenities include walking trails, a basketball half-court, tennis courts, a playground and a park with a gazebo. In addition, Summerlin offers parks, soccer and ball fields, swimming pools and golf courses.

Models of the Abbotsford, Chatsworth and Beningbrough designs can be viewed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane.
