Seven Hills nears completion
The countdown to closeout continues at Seven Hills in Henderson, where only a few homes remain for sale, according to Dan Naef, vice president of the community's developer, Silver Canyon Partnership. "Over the past few years, Seven Hills has blossomed. But like all good things, the opportunity to buy a new home here is rapidly coming to an end. For that reason, we are encouraging prospective home buyers looking for a quality home and community in the southeast valley to visit Seven Hills as soon as possible," Naef said. One home each remains at Richmond American's gated Encore at Palatine Hill and Astoria's Villa Villagio neighborhoods. Three homes are available at both US Home's Palazzo Monte and Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhoods. A variety of custom-home sites also are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the sites are in guard-gated neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course. They measure up to approximately an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Upon completion, the 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom residences, in 25 neighborhoods. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Most neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin parks and walkways. There are four city parks that variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. Each park was designed to complement the natural desert terrain of the area. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
