-- Southwest Engineering has been awarded two engineering and survey contracts. One is for Russell & El Camino, a 5-acre project at the northeast corner of Russell and El Camino roads. Grand Canyon Construction is developing the project, and engineering and survey costs are estimated at $88,480. The other is for Centennial Village Triplex, a 20-acre project at the southeast corner of Centennial Parkway and Pecos Road. The project is being developed by Pageantry Communities, and survey costs are estimated at $161,715. -- SR Construction has been awarded the construction and design contract for a single-story office park at the southwest corner of Warm Springs Road and Gillespie Avenue. It will consist of four buildings totaling 22,000 square feet, and costs are estimated at $2 million. -- Judi A. Woodyard of Commercial Associates represented Fort Apache Office Partners in its 60-month lease of 15,803 square feet in the Colonial Bank Plaza at 4730 S. Fort Apache Road to Rhodes Design & Development Corp. for $2.11 million. -- Garry Cuff and Doug Schuster of NAI Horizon represented Mutual Assets Real Estate Investments in its purchase of 9.2 acres at 1000-1100 Dumont Blvd. from The Wentwood Co. for $12.25 million. -- Michael Kammerling of Grubb & Ellis represented T-Mobile in its five-year lease of 1,000 square feet at the northwest corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Quail Avenue from Rainbow Quail, represented by Roger Hocking, for $121,419. Kammerling again represented T-Mobile in its five-year lease of 1,400 square feet at 6450 Skypointe Drive from Centennial Crossroads Plaza, represented by Richard Gordon of Laurich Properties, for $178,404. Kammerling also represented T-Mobile in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at the northwest corner of Ann Road and Simmons Street from Simmons Centre for $152,892. Stuart Davidson represented Allure Nails in its five-year lease of 1,270 square feet at the southwest corner of Durango Drive and Desert Inn Road from J&A Properties, represented by Stuart Apollo, for $137,956. -- Gina Silvagni Perry of Heritage Realty Co. represented Robert Grossman in his purchase of 17,892 square feet at 6236 Laredo St. from Avraham and Nayda Keter, represented by Charity Nehring of Reiss Corp., for $260,000. -- CB Richard Ellis' Al Barbagallo represented Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors of Nevada in its purchase of a 28,912-square-foot building at 2057 E. In another transaction, Brad Peterson represented American Nevada Co. in its 87-month lease of 12,639 square feet at 2285 Corporate Circle in the Green Valley Corporate Center to CH2M Hill, for $2.3 million. Peterson also represented the Veterans Administration in its three-year lease of 23,157 square feet at 3880 S. Jones Blvd. from Spring Valley Medical Plaza for $1 million. Darren Lemmon represented Wells Fargo Bank in the two-year lease of 2,505 square feet at 3360 W. Sahara Ave. to Continuity Partners for $111,500.
