Pulte unveils Anthem Highlands



Pulte Homes begins presales this weekend for its new Anthem Highlands community within the Anthem master plan in Henderson.

The Scottish-themed community will offer five neighborhoods of one- and two-story homes. Twenty new and already successful floor plans will be featured and most will be represented with models, which are scheduled to open in mid-September.

"We are really excited to build a brand new ... community of this size in the southern part of the valley," sales manager Todd Hahn said. "We have received a lot of interest from buyers who love the Green Valley/Henderson area and are eager to have a new Pulte community there."

The 400-acre community will consist of approximately 1,500 homes and is adjacent to the builder's Sun City Anthem and Anthem Country Club.

Sommerville will feature two-story homes ranging from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and priced from $209,990 to $228,990.

Only single-story homes will be featured at Balmoral. Its four plans will measure between 1,520 and 1,881 square feet and be priced from $237,990 to $257,990.

Braemar will offer one- and two-story homes measuring between 1,881 and 2,665 square feet. They will be priced from $271,990 to $316,990.

Also featuring only single-story homes will be Rathmore. The four available designs will measure from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and be priced from $333,990 to $369,990.

The gated Edinburgh neighborhood will feature single- and two-story homes ranging from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet. They will be priced from $430,990 to $489,990.

Homes in Edinburgh will feature Gustav Mauler's certified master chef seal of approval and upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliance package which includes a wall-mounted hood, professional cook top with gas burner and grill, built-in microwave with Advantium speed cook technology, double convection oven, warming drawer, built-in refrigerator with dispenser, dishwasher and wine chiller.

The new homes will have the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition, they have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star certification for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes, and offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to Anthem Parkway and proceed east to the sales center.
