Sun City Aliante sets debut date

Sun City Aliante's on-site sales office opened a week ago at Del Webb's newest age-qualified community, located in North Las Vegas.

"The response to the location has been phenomenal," senior sales manager Lorraine Roberts said. "People appreciate being able to visit the building site and to actually see the fantastic amenities Sun City Aliante has to offer."

A grand opening celebration planned for next weekend will include entertainment and drawings.

Three new collections feature seven floor plans, including the Wildflower Collection.

The Heather model comes with two bedrooms, two baths and a great room in 1,155 square feet, plus a covered rear patio. The Sage, a 1,239-square-foot plan offers three bedrooms and two baths; and the Primrose, a 1,424-square-foot plan, features three bedrooms, two baths and a great room with dining area, plus a den option.

The Cypress Collection has two floor plans: Laurel, a 1,576-square-foot home with two bedrooms, two baths, a den and great room; and the Cedar, which measures 1,716 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and rear patio. A covered patio and casita are options in the Laurel.

The Preserve Collection's two plans include the Helena, which measures 1,920 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and a den; and the Coronado, a home with two bedrooms, two baths, a library and great room in 2,105 square feet. Covered patios are optional with both plans.

Prices start from $147,800 to $237,700.

"These three collections represent the elegant yet casual style that buyers have come to expect from Del Webb," Roberts said.

Built around a public 18-hole golf course, the community is planned to include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubs, tennis and bocce, among other activities.

To visit the model village, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway and exit east. Take Frontage Road to Interstate 215, turn left to model village at 7390 Simmons Street.
