Two new Centex Homes dba Real Homes subdivisions open this weekend in the Spring Mountain Ranch community: Chaparral Trails and Sedona Falls.

Chaparral Trails offers four two-story patio homes, ranging from 1,322 to 1,574 square feet. The development is adjacent to an 8-acre park.

Prices start from the $140,000s.

Sedona Falls features four floor plans, ranging from 1,697 to 3,063 square feet. Highlights include courtyards, turret entries and 12 elevations. Various plans feature master bedrooms with sitting areas and retreats, bonus rooms, casitas, and as many as four bedrooms and four baths.
