Presales are adding up at Pulte Homes' two neighborhoods in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Sales manager Jeff Galindo attributes the early success to a variety of factors.

"We believe the combination of the exciting amenities Aliante will offer, the quality of Pulte homes, and the affordability of the community are all reasons why home buyers are excited about Serenata and Vialetto," Galindo said. "In addition, both communities offer a wide variety of proven plans previously featured at Bella Vista and Cara Vella in Summerlin and Siena Ancora in Southern Highlands, as well as new floor plans that are sure to be equally popular."

Serenata is comprised of four floor plans.

The only single-story design is the 1881 plan with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,881 square feet. It is priced from $213,990.

The two-story 2299 plan features three bedrooms, and an island kitchen and a nook that overlook the back yard. The home is priced from $240,990.

Plan 2594 plan features a master bedroom on the main floor, separate from the three secondary bedrooms. An island kitchen and adjacent family room are also featured in this home, which is priced from $250,990.

The 2665 plan contains three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom. A three-car tandem garage offers an option to convert a portion of it to a fifth bedroom. The price start at $256,990.

Among the floor plans available in Vialetto are two single-story designs.

Plan 1640 features three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den. The home also offers 9-foot ceilings, a great room and a master suite with an optional bay window. The price starts at $198,990.

The other single-story design measures 1,662 square feet with three bedrooms or two bedrooms and an optional den. The master suite is separated from the secondary bedrooms in this design, which is priced from $207,990.

Also available is the two-story Plan 1890. Priced from $210,990, the home also features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, formal dining room and an island kitchen.

Additional floor plans are also available at Vialetto, which also features a number of cul-de-sac lots.

Aliante is planned to include a 20-acre archaeological-themed park, picnic areas, an amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts. Two public elementary schools and a public middle school are planned, as is a fire station and 100 acres of commercial development. A par-72 municipal golf course is under construction.

To reach Aliante, take U.S. Highway 95 north to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Frontage Road, turn right and go to Interstate 215. Head east to Simmons Street and go south.

Pulte Homes' sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
