Custom-lot sales near closeout at Seven Hills

The final custom-home sites have been released at Seven Hills, a planned community in Henderson. The 20-lot release complements the community's park-like environment, resident amenities and "views beyond comparison," according to Beth Naef, executive sales manager.

"Some of our best home sites are included in this release," Naef said. "Our pricing is very competitive, considering the size and quality of the home sites, and the views are absolutely spectacular, ranging from (a nearby golf course) to the Las Vegas city lights, the mountains and beyond."

Lots are priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million; some measure as large as an acre.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold, and more than 150 homes have been completed, are under construction or are in architectural review.

"The popularity of Seven Hills' custom neighborhoods continues to escalate as more luxurious estate homes are completed," Naef said. "The earliest custom homes built in Seven Hills were very elegant and immediately set the tone for future development. Over the past few years, these custom neighborhoods have blossomed into a series of lovely, private enclaves that are home to some of the finest and most expensive estate-style residences in the Las Vegas Valley."

Each custom neighborhood within the 1,300-acre community is guard-gated.

"With more than one-third of the acreage in Seven Hills devoted to parks, trails and other open space areas, homeowners also have limitless opportunities for recreation within minutes of their door steps," Naef said.

Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership, features four city parks and several neighborhood parks. The city parks are designed to blend with the natural desert terrain, and variously feature basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

To reach the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is about a mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
