Brian Krueger led his father, Charles, to Boca Raton, a mid-rise condominium development located on 15 acres south of the Strip. The elder Krueger purchased a unit at the South Florida-style project on advice from his son, who works in the real estate industry.

"I have always looked to my father for guidance," Brian Krueger said. "Recently, he decided to diversify his portfolio and move some assets to the real estate industry. This time he came to me for guidance, and I felt comfortable in my decision to steer us to the purchase of a Boca Raton condominium.

"The second my father came to me with the decision he and my mother made to invest in a Las Vegas property, I knew that Boca Raton was the right one for them. There is something unique and special about Boca -- it has great architectural styling, curb appeal, a desirable location and the included interior finishes are a step above all other similar projects."

With 42 floor plans from which to choose, they selected the two-bedroom Casita B plan.

Floor plans range from 593 to 2,413 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million.

The project, located at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue, will have four mid-rise buildings with a combined 756 units, a clubhouse, two underground parking structures, and 15 acres of landscape and amenities upon completion.

The sales office at 2475 W. Serene Ave. is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
