Summerlin's premier custom-home village welcomes golf course-fronting Falcon Ridge

The newest custom-home neighborhood to debut in The Ridges at Summerlin is Falcon Ridge. Its grand opening release comprised eight home sites, priced from the $500,000s. A total of 60 home sites are scheduled for release, and range from about one-third acre to half an acre.
Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of land sales for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, said the location is ideal.

Falcon Ridge is the sixth custom-home neighborhood to be developed within The Ridges, where more than 200 lots have been sold. Arrowhead, Promontory, Rimrock and Redhawk are sold out, while only two lots remain for sale in The Pointe.
"We fully expect Falcon Ridge to sell out this year," Chandler said. "As a result, we are stepping up development efforts in The Ridges to release our next custom neighborhood, Azure Ridge, before year-end 2006. The village is bordered on the north by the eighth and ninth holes of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course. Falcon Ridge is adjacent to Club Ridges, a sports and recreation facility under construction for the exclusive use of residents.
Custom lots in The Ridges start from one-third acre and are priced from the $500,000s.
To visit, travel west on Desert Inn Road until it ends in The Ridges and turn left. The sales office is on the right and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
