Lennar Everything's Included program provides amenities in its Clermont at Anthem neighborhood, located in the Anthem Highlands master-planned community in Henderson.

The single-story Provence measures 1,819 square feet and contains four bedrooms and two baths.
The kitchen opens to the breakfast nook and family room, which features a fireplace.
The home also offers a formal living room, dining room and front porch.
Measuring 1,898 square feet is the two-story St. Tropez, which contains three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
The front-porch entry opens to the living and dining rooms, which feature ceilings that open to the second floor.
The kitchen is located at the rear, along with the breakfast nook, which is separated by a handrail from the family room and its fireplace.
Bedrooms and full baths are located upstairs.
The Biarritz is a two-story, 2,302-square-foot design that contains five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The first floor features the living room, dining room, family room and a bedroom containing a bath.
The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor.
The Marseilles plan contains a foyer leading to the living areas, family areas and staircase. This home also has a bedroom and full bath on the first floor.
The second story features a loft at the head of the stairs.
Kitchens in all the plans include stylish granite countertops and island breakfast counters per residence, with pendant lighting.
The maple cabinets come in a choice of colors and pantries have adjustable shelves per plan. Kitchens also feature wall ovens per residence and recessed lighting.
Master suites have separate showers and tubs, walk-in closets, cultured marble vanity tops, and double basins with integrated sink. Select floor plans offer raised-vanity cabinets and fireplaces in the suite.
