The 1,869-square-foot La Jolla offers four bedrooms, two baths and three-car garage. The 2,210-square-foot Laguna includes four bedrooms, two baths and expanded two-car garage.
Two-story designs include the 2,776-square-foot Santa Clara with 2 1/2 baths and three-car garage and the 3,135-square-foot, two-story Beverly Hills with five bedrooms, game loft, three baths and three-car garage. The homes are Energy Star-certified. The builder is offering low-interest financing options.
