KB Home's Manchester neighborhood offers unique garage locations at its home sites, according to Katie Bombara, sales agent for the builder.
"The Weston Collection features unique floor plans with the garages located in the rear of the home. The design creates a great use of space and beautiful exteriors," Bombara said.

With the garages located in back, the homes feature livable space through the entire front area.
"Three of the four floor plans available in the Weston Collection feature a formal living room and dining room at the front of the home. The fourth floor plan features a formal living room and den," Bombara said. "In addition to creating a beautiful exterior, the arrangement of the floor plan provides rooms with a view."
Four, two-story floor plans are available. The homes range from 2,121 to 2,856 square feet and offer three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three bathrooms and two-car garages. The homes feature formal living and dining rooms. Options include additional bedrooms.
The Weston is one of two home collections available at KB Home's Manchester Park neighborhood in the new Providence master plan in the northwest. The Coventry Collection features four, two-story floor plans ranging from 2,388 to 2,786 square feet. The homes offer three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to four baths and two-car garages. All four floor plans feature formal living rooms and three of the four floor plans also have formal dining rooms. Additional features include game rooms, dens, bonus rooms and options for additional bedrooms, depending on the floor plan.
"The homes available in the Coventry Collection are spacious and the floor plans are flexible," Bombara said.
Homes in Manchester Park start in the low $300,000s.
The newest master plan community developed by Focus Property Group, Providence includes 7,000 homes in 29 neighborhoods built by 15 local and national home builders.
To visit Manchester neighborhood from Interstate 215 north, the Las Vegas Beltway, take the Hualapai Way exit heading north. Turn left on Farm Road. Then turn left on Shaumber Road to the sales office on the right. The sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday when they open at noon.
