Luxury master-planned community MacDonald Highlands is offering a new privately gated neighborhood of personal estates. Accessed by a private drive, Stone Mountain Ridge offers extensive views of the Las Vegas Valley and is designed to accommodate homes of 10,000 to more than 50,000 square feet.
"Stone Mountain Ridge was created when we noticed an increase in buyers purchasing multiple sites for one large estate," said Rich MacDonald, developer of MacDonald Highlands. "We took an entire ridgeline and shaped nine large parcels with elevation changes of over 260 vertical feet. The views are astonishing."

Two sites have been sold for $3.5 million each, according to the developer. The custom lots range from one-acre to more than three acres. Pricing begins at $2.5 million.
Master-planned MacDonald Highlands is sequestered behind two guard-gates within 1,200 acres of mountain terrain, which includes the DragonRidge Country Club and 10 acres of park area. Four custom-home neighborhoods are available on custom lots featuring distinct topography and views, including golf frontage, multi-level pads or hillside elevations with views of the golf course, mountain range or a panorama of the Las Vegas skyline. Custom lots range from one-half acre to more than two-acres. Prices start at $950,000.
DragonRidge Country Club is a private 18-hole championship golf course, highlighted by a stone and glass-designed clubhouse with formal dining room and lounge, separate mixed grill and lounge, exercise facility, swimming pool, golf pro shop and a new 10,000-square-foot ballroom which seats over 300 guests. Social membership to the clubhouse is provided upon application approval.
