New phase of condominiums opens at Vistana

A new phase of condominiums has been released at Rhodes Homes' Vistana, a gated development being built within Rhodes Ranch in the southwestern valley.

"The new phase of homes, many of which have poolside views, makes the tropical resort lifestyle at Vistana even more a reality," sales agent Damien Baldon said. "Many of our homes are ... available for as little as 1 percent down and $796 per month."

Homes are priced from the $70,000s to more than $100,000.

Nine models are available. Three plans range from 670 to 796 square feet with one bedroom and one bath; five designs range from 847 to 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths; and one home offers three bedrooms and three baths in 1,413 square feet. Each offers an appliance package as well as a garage.

Common amenities include a recreation center; three swimming pools are planned.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, exit south and proceed to Warm Springs Road, following the signs.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
