Several neighborhoods under development at Rhodes Ranch

The Rhodes Ranch community features several residential neighborhoods, as well as the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club.

Rhodes Homes, a builder at the southwestern community, is developing two neighborhoods with models scheduled to open in April.

One is The Links, which features single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,260 to 2,100 square feet. Prices at the neighborhood start in the $130,000s.

The other is The Lakes, which has three plans available, priced from the high $160,000s and measuring from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet.

Also under construction is The Villas, a collection of four townhome designs measuring from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet. Prices range from $129,900 to $149,900. Reservations at the neighborhood are being accepted.

The builder also is offering The Greens, which has three homes left, measuring from 1,490 to 2,556 square feet and priced from the $150,000s. Standard features include a spa, backyard walls, front-yard landscaping, and optional great rooms and lofts.

The Champions, also offered by the builder, features single-story floor plans, ranging from 2,055 to 2,918 square feet, and three two-story models that measure from 3,497 to 4,210 square feet. Prices start from the low $200,000s.

Other builders at the community include Spinnaker Homes, which is offering four one- and two-story floor plans priced from the $160,000s. The builder's featured design is The Cello.

Astoria Homes showcases five floor plans, ranging from 2,414 to 3,694 square feet. Prices start from $229,950.

KB Home is opening two neighborhoods at the community -- the Montrose, which will include seven models with pricing soon to be released; and The Diamond Collection, where 18 properties will be available. Six single- and two-story floor plans will be priced from the low $300,000s.

Desert Oak Homes' Summerchase, which is nearing completion, features on- and off-golf course sites. Prices start from the high $200,000s.

Warmington Homes expects to open a neighborhood soon at the community.

To visit, take Rainbow Boulevard to Warm Springs Road and go west. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
