Pulte offers gated neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain

Nestled inside the guard-gated community of Stallion Mountain in the southeastern valley are three Pulte Homes neighborhoods featuring gas lamplights, parks and homes near the Stallion Mountain golf course.

The builder is offering 12 single-story models, ranging from 1,190 to 2,881 square feet, at The Links, The Fairways and The Greens neighborhoods.

"Stallion Mountain offers the amenities and charm of master-plan living in a more intimate environment, with the added benefit of a guard-gate and private entrance," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "We find that our buyers appreciate the community's exclusivity while still being in close proximity to the city's top restaurants and entertainment centers."

Priced from $127,990, The Links features four floor plans that range from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet. Amenities include front-yard landscaping maintenance, a recreation center with a workout facility, pool, spa, and park with gazebo and barbecues.

The Fairways presents four floor plans, ranging from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and priced from $159,990. The homes have three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, recreation and hobby room options, front-yard landscaping, covered patios, and covered front porches and/or courtyards (per plan).

The Greens series is priced from $191,990 and offers six floor plans, measuring from 1,970 to 2,881 square feet. Homes include circular dining areas, optional casitas, great rooms, low dividing walls in living areas, covered patios, up to three-car garages, and covered front porches and/or courtyards (per plan).

The homes have obtained the Energy Star seal for energy efficiency. According to the builder, the homes use 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than a standard home.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The models are open on Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Monday from noon to 5 p.m.
