Townhomes available at Chartered's Cottonwood

Chartered Homes accepted donations for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Southern Nevada during a recent event at the Cottonwood at Sunrise Mountain townhome development in the southeastern valley.

The first phase of the 120-unit development is nearly sold out, according to sales agents.

Buyers can choose from three two-story floor plans, each of which comes with an attached garage.

Plan A measures 1,283 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and vaulted ceilings. The upstairs owner suite includes a bath and walk-in closet. This plan is priced from $108,500.

The 1,418-square-foot Plan B offers two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and an optional den or third bedroom. The owner suite features a walk-in closet and dual sinks. It is priced from $116,500.

Plan C measures 1,429 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a country kitchen, dining area, and an owner suite with a bath and dual closets. This home is priced from $119,000.

Shared amenities include a pool and spa, and front-yard maintenance is provided.

To visit, take Charleston Boulevard east, past Nellis Boulevard, to Tree Line Drive and turn south, following the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
