Pardee debuts new collection at Sagewood


Pardee Homes released a new collection of single-family homes this weekend at Sagewood in the Rancho Las Palmas community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.

"Families have another affordable neighborhood to choose from in Rancho Las Palmas, with Pardee's newest family-oriented neighborhood of Sagewood in the fast-growing area of southeast Las Vegas," Landry said.

Priced from the mid-$140,000s to the mid-$180,000s, five floor plans measure from 1,383 to 2,557 square feet and offer as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

The single-story Plan One features three bedrooms, two baths, a combined island kitchen and dining room area, and a two-car garage.

Plan Two, a single-story home with 1,700 square feet, offers four bedrooms, an optional den, two baths, and an angular-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

In 2,046 square feet, the two-story Plan Three offers three bedrooms, three baths, an optional den or fourth bedroom, and a two-car garage.

Plan Four offers as much as 2,296 square feet in a two-story design with a choice of three bedrooms, a den and loft; or as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

Designed with a second-floor laundry room and linen closet, Plan Five offers an optional downstairs guest room and third bath, or a standard den with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room. The home measures as large as 2,557 square feet.

The kitchens offer ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, preparation islands except in Plan Two, pantries, and appliance packages.

Standard features include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet flooring in the entry, six-panel interior doors, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.

Owner suites offer retreats, walk-in closets, dual sinks with cultured-marble counter tops, separate showers in Plans Four and Five, and tubs.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and go west. Proceed to Bermuda Road and follow the signs.

The sales office and model homes are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder has constructed homes for about 20,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
