Trident Homes opens Meridiana at Seven Hills
Trident Homes celebrates the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Meridiana, this weekend at Seven Hills in Henderson. Sales executive Darlene Bourland said yesterday's official model opening resulted in brisk traffic and sales activity. "We are offering lower introductory pricing during our grand-opening phase, which represents a substantial savings to home buyers," Bourland said. "We are selling homes very quickly, and only a limited number of homes are available that are presently under construction." All of the homes are single-story and range from 2,111 to 2,568 square feet. Models are available with as many as four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. Options include a loft, casita and stacked windows. Prices start from the mid-$220,000s. Some home sites offer views of the Rio Secco Golf Club, city or mountains. Bourland believes home buyers are attracted to the neighborhood for many reasons, including its gated entry with a waterfall and landscaped areas, and the Italian-style homes, which variously feature turret entries and courtyards. "These homes have personality," she said. "They are spacious, with well-defined living areas and a very impressive list of included features. Our goal was to accommodate the lifestyle of today's most discerning buyers." The homes feature concrete-tile roofs, finished garages, 10- to 18-foot ceilings, 8-foot interior doors, prewiring for cable TV, light fixtures, and prewiring for ceiling fans. The kitchens have nooks, pantries, ceramic-tile counter tops, white-on-white appliances and choice of cabinetry. The owner suites feature dual sinks, walk-in closets with double shelves, and separate tubs and showers in most plans. A development of the Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills offers more than 45 floor plans with prices starting from the $130,000s to about $350,000. Also available are custom-home sites priced from $180,000 to more than $1 million. Other neighborhoods are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes; Capistrano, Palermo West and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by the Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned. More than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres has been allocated for open areas including parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and a playground. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pavilion is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is half a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
