Richmond American offers choices in Henderson

A range of floor plans and prices is available at all four of Richmond American Homes neighborhoods in Henderson.

In the Anthem master-planned community, the builder offers two neighborhoods.

There are two collections of homes and eight floor plans available at Richmond at Anthem. The single- and two-story homes in The Premier series range from 2,636 to 4,300 square feet with as many as nine bedrooms. Prices start from $234,990.

All homes are single-story designs in The Classic series, and measure as large as 2,350 square feet. Homes are priced from $183,990 and offer such options as extended family rooms and casitas.

Nearby, the builder plans to open model homes next month at Encore. Six single- and two-story floor plans will be available, ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet and priced from the high $100,000s.

To visit both neighborhoods, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and head south, following the signs. The sales offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

The Horizon Hills neighborhood will comprise 62 homes, and can be reached by taking Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, heading east to Truffles Street and turning north.

Buyers can choose from three floor plans, including a single-story design measuring 1,300 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from $130,990.

Priced from $139,990, the two-story Oasis plan measures 1,639 square feet with three upstairs bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Venture offers four bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths; it is priced from $149,990.

Castle Rock Estates is a gated neighborhood of single-story homes within Green Valley Ranch. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 1,673 to 2,300 square feet and priced from the high $100,000s. Options include formal dining rooms, exercise rooms, extended family rooms, third-car garages, home offices and dens.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Green Valley Parkway, head south to Paseo Verde Parkway then turn west. Go to Carnegie Drive, turn south and proceed to Cozy Hill Circle. Turn right and drive to the end.

Excluding the Anthem neighborhoods, sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
