Renaissance Pools clients praise service

When Gayla and Brian Baggett decided to install a swimming pool in their Summerlin home, they researched various pool materials and contractors before selecting a ceramic-epoxy pool by Renaissance Pools and Spas.

"It hardly requires cleaning and uses a small amount of chemicals to keep it sparkling and clear," Baggett said. "We also have a number of time- and money-saving accessories, such as the solar heater, which keeps the water temperature comfortable year-round for a minimum of what gas heating would cost."

Renaissance Pools and Spas is the exclusive dealer for ceramic-epoxy pools built by Viking Pools Inc. A variety of shapes, sizes, colors and finishes are available, ranging from 10-foot by 16-foot mini pools to 45-foot "hotel-style" diving models.

Prices for installed pools range from ab out $14,500 to $30,000, and financing is available. The company also offers consultation for buyers who handle their own installation, resulting in a 40 percent discount off the price of a fully-installed pool.

According to the manufacturer, the pools are constructed with advanced composite materials and resistant finishes, installed faster than gunite pools, and use less chemicals than concrete pools. Available features include an in-floor cleaning system, glow-in-the-dark surfaces, and fire and diamond colors.

Each pool comes with a lifetime manufacturers' war- ranty.

The company's showrooms are located at 1245 N. Boulder Highway, about one-half mile south of Sunset Road, and at 2180 W. Craig Road, just west of Interstate 15.
