Pardee includes extensive landscaping, interior upgrades within each residence
Only three residences remain for sale in The Estates, a luxury enclave within Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
"The Estates presents a very limited and exclusive opportunity to live in a gated neighborhood within the beautiful community of Nevada Trails," sales director Ray Landry said.

Home-site Three displays Plan 3G, a 3,844-square-foot residence with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a den, bonus room and exercise room. It also has a first-floor casita with a full bath and walk-in closet, as well as a private entrance from the courtyard. Also featured is a two-car garage plus expanded garage. The residence is priced from $903,825.
Home-site Four showcases Plan 2XE, which has a second-floor casita with a private entrance from the courtyard. The home measures 3,267 square feet with three bedrooms, a den and 3 1/2 baths in addition to a two-car garage plus a side-loading garage and optional fourth bedroom. It is priced from $872,550.
Home-site Two has Plan 4ER, a 4,365-square-foot residence with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a den and bonus room, as well as a two-car garage plus side-loading garage. The price starts from $966,100.
The floor plans are based on those within Palo Verde, also located within Nevada Trails, and are upgraded and landscaped. Exteriors include stone, wrought iron and concrete flatwork. Each home is located on a pool-sized lot.
In addition to The Estates and Palo Verde, the builder offers new homes in the Acacia and Mesquite neighborhoods.
"Our buyers are choosing Nevada Trails because they like the community and the location," Landry said. "They also like the variety of homes, which at present includes 12 floor plans priced from the mid-$300,000s to the low $700,000s."
The neighborhoods offer the builder's LivingSmart program that offers healthier, more energy-efficient living options. The homes have already earned the Energy Star label for exceeding national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.
The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park is part of the community's 23-acre park and trail system. The park includes basketball and tennis courts, a playground, exercise track and picnic area. The trails are landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants. An elementary school is planned adjacent to the community.
To reach the community, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right.
Sales office and model hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.
Pardee has built more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
