Sales start at Avalon in Seven Hills

Robyn Rosenfeld recently became the first buyer at Avalon at Seven Hills, a condominium complex in Henderson.

"I chose to buy at Avalon because of the great location," said Rosenfeld, a medical technician.

She selected the Breightling floor plan, a 913-square-foot unit with one bedroom and one bath. It is priced from the high $180,000s.

"This home is perfect for me. There are so many great features," Rosenfeld said. "I just love the built-in bookshelves, how the kitchen overlooks the living area, the big balcony that overlooks Green Valley, and how open the whole area is."

All homes include appliances, separate tubs and showers, window coverings, storage rooms, a patio or balcony, two-tone interior paint, ceiling fans, and 9-foot ceilings with crown molding. Select units offer garages, gas fireplaces and built-in bookshelves.

The six floor plans range from 810 to 1,544 square feet with one to three bedrooms.

Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

Amenities within the gated development include a fitness center, two pools, a clubhouse and covered parking.

Water features and Roman-style columns accent the entry to the property.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose Parkway, go east to Jeffreys Street and turn right. Proceed to Sunridge Heights Parkway and turn left.
