Avignon plan top-seller at Rosemont

The Avignon plan at Rosemont is the most popular design at the Toll Bros. neighborhood in Summerlin, according to the builder.

"Aside from being spacious, Avignon is so appealing because of features such as the enclosed courtyard, second-story balcony and the large home office," Toll Bros. executive Gary Mayo said. "It continues to be Rosemont's best-selling floor plan because it makes a statement while still being inviting and welcoming."

The home measures 3,420 square feet and is highlighted by a garden room, foyer and family room with fireplace that overlook the courtyard. Also on the first floor is a powder room, laundry room and home office.

In the kitchen is a pantry, an island with optional sink, and a butler's pantry servicing the formal dining room.

Upstairs is the owner suite with walk-in closet, dressing area, separate spa tub and shower, and dual vanities.

Two secondary bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a shared bath with dual vanities. A tech loft provides space for an additional work area or a homework station, while the balcony offers a view of the courtyard.

Buyers can choose from three exterior designs for the Avignon, which is priced from $352,975.

The gated neighborhood is located within The Gardens village in the master-planned community. Village amenities include a private K-8 school; 20-acre park with basketball, tennis and roller hockey facilities; community center; and an open lawn area.

In addition to the Avignon, three other floor plans are available -- Giardino, Westover and Montebello. Each is modeled at the neighborhood. They measure from 2,650 to 3,700 square feet and are priced from the $310,000s.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Proceed to Garden Park Drive, turn left and go to Iris Lane. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Toll Bros. has been building homes for 35 years, and is active in 21 states.
