Palisades provides quick occupancy

The final phase of sales at Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin offers homes with timely move-ins, according to sales agent Jacquie DuToit.

Priced from the low $600,000s, the guard-gated enclave is being constructed along fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village. Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 3,758 to more than 6,200 square feet. The home sites range from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre, with some featuring golf course, city and mountain views.

"With only 11 homes still available, this is the final opportunity for a buyer to select their favorite residential design at Palisades and then highly customize and personalize the home to suit their personal taste and lifestyle," DuToit said.

"For those buyers who need a timely move-in date, we also have a selection of homes that are highly upgraded and appointed and can be ready for occupancy within a short time frame."

One of the homes that offers occupancy within about 30 days is a Michelangelo design along the golf course.

"This Michelangelo design presents the highest level of elegance with rich appointments that are trademarks of Christopher Homes and a few special features such as an elevator and a wine cellar," DuToit said. "With approximately 6,309 square feet of living space, this home offers up to six bedrooms, including a detached upstairs studio, plus a library, a hobby room and 5 1/2 baths.

"All of the main-level living areas are conveniently located off a main corridor to promote an easy flow throughout the home, which is positioned to maximize the beautiful golf course and mountain views. The inviting family room has a fireplace, a large media center, a wet bar and elegant French doors that open onto the covered rear-yard patio. There is also a spacious fireside living room and an elegant dining room that can easily accommodate 12 or more guests."

She said the home's island kitchen features granite counter tops with tile accents, upgraded maple cabinetry, and a butler's pantry with a serving area between the kitchen and dining room. A deck is accessible from the owner suite.

DuToit said buyers who select a home site and design prior to start of construction can consider hundreds of design options and upgrades, including elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary owner suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars.

Buyers may consult with in-house architectural designers and interior designers at the builder's design center.

To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn south and proceed to Hualapai Way, following the signs.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
