Custom-lot sales activity brisk at Seven Hills

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold and more than 120 custom homes are either completed, under construction or in architectural review at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the community offers a variety of custom-home sites, many of which align the fairways of a golf course. Priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, the lots measure as large as an acre and offer golf course, city and mountain views.

Each custom neighborhood provides guard-gated privacy; privately gated lots are also available.

Amenities include guard-gated entrances, landscaped areas, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

Seven Hills offers miles of trails and city parks with basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
