Rhodes Ranch features The Collection neighborhood

Series includes Monet, Matisse, Van Gogh

Situated in the guard-gated, golf course master-planned community of Rhodes Ranch is The Collection neighborhood.

"Our buyers have really been taken by the floor plans in The Collection and the lifestyle associated with living in the Rhodes Ranch master-planned community," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, the builder of the community.

The Collection, located in the Rhodes Ranch golf course community, offers three different series; the Monet, Matisse and Van Gogh, each with accompanying models, designs and amenities.

The 14 single-, two- and three-story homes range from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet and are priced from the $300,000s.

Monet has five floor plans, ranging from 1,467 to 2,665 square feet. Floor plans offer one- and two-story homes featuring three or four bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths.

Homes in Monet also offer great rooms and oversized kitchens in select plans, while other plans offer lofts and dining and living rooms.

Matisse has four floor plans to choose from, with square footage ranging from 1,931 to 3,042.

These homes come in one- and two-story plans, with three to six bedroom designs available.

Van Gogh has six floor plans, with square footage ranging from 2,017 to 4,138. These homes come in one-, two- and three-story plans. The designs include two to five bedroom plans, with options including libraries and lofts available.

The developer has recently added two models to The Collection model park.

Members of the Rembrandt series, the new floor plans are 3,021 and 3,431 square feet. The two-story 3,021 plan includes three bedrooms, three baths, den, loft and two-car garage. The 3,431 plan includes five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, loft and three-car tandem garage.

Residents of the community have access amenities such as its signature Ted Robinson-designed 18-hole golf course and 24-hour roving security patrols.

The community's recreation center is a 35,000-square-foot area known as the R-Club.

The center houses an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, and six billiards tables.

In addition to fitness amenities, the facility has social areas that feature three fireplaces along with couches, tables and chairs.

The facility's water park, Fun Zone, will open this spring.

To view the models in the neighborhood, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive, then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway.

The builder is also selling homes in its Palms Bay and Pacific Mist neighborhoods at Rhodes Ranch.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
