Today, Promenada at Rainbow, a new mid-rise community in Las Vegas' southwest, will host a microbrew tasting from 3 to 5 p.m. to celebrate the opening of its Sales Gallery. The festivities will include a live remote with KOMP Radio, 92.3-FM, a tasting for Blue Moon and Killian's Irish Red, appetizers and giveaways.

Many floor plans also offer split bedrooms and built-in computer desk. All feature home automation and security systems with optional audio and video components.
The mid-rise will offer homeowners a fitness center, restricted-access and gated, underground parking, outdoor amphitheater, on-site management, Wi-Fi throughout the common areas, two pools lined with cabanas, cold- and warm-water spas, shaded hammock garden, putting green, rooftop sundeck and fire pit and a clubhouse with a massage room and business center.
