Few homes remain in Seven Hills
Opportunities to purchase a home within the Seven Hills community in Henderson are coming to an end, Dan Naef, vice president of community development, said. "Seven Hills continues to be a popular choice among home buyers seeking a quality-built home and a first-class living environment," Naef said. One home remains at Richmond American's gated Encore at Palatine Hill neighborhood. Two homes each are available at US Home's Palazzo Monte and Astoria Homes' Villa Villagio neighborhoods. Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood has three remaining homes. The homes are priced from $369,000 to $548,075. A variety of custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most of the sites are in guard-gated neighborhoods that overlook a nearby golf course and offer a variety of views. Home sites as large as an acre are available. Lot prices start from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes. Its four city parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. The community sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.
