Christopher's Enclave show home earns rave reviews

Only two weekends remain to tour Christopher Homes' 10,000-square-foot custom show home within The Enclave neighborhood at Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley.

Tours of the $7.5 million home continue through March 16. The home is open to adults from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. The admission fee is $10 per person, and will be donated to Candlelighters for Childhood Cancer of Southern Nevada.

Erika Geiser, marketing executive, said thousands of visitors have toured the home.

"We've had a phenomenal response to our show home, from both the general public and real estate professionals. Our design and construction team is gratified by the enthusiasm visitors have demonstrated for its unique styling and unsurpassed craftsmanship," Geiser said.

The home, which showcases innovative concepts in architecture, interior design and technology, features high-tech appliances and advanced home automation and entertainment systems, along with high-quality building materials, furnishings, artwork, fabrics and stonework.

It is one of 18 custom residences that will be built in The Enclave, a gated neighborhood featuring homes that will range from roughly 5,000 to more than 10,000 square feet. Home sites measure from 13,800 to nearly an acre, and most align the community's golf course and a private park, as well as offering views of the city and mountains.

Prices are expected to range from about $1.5 million to more than $8 million.

Each buyer will consult with the builder's architecture and construction experts, along with interior designers.

In addition, buyers will receive golf club memberships to Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon approval.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
