First model home opens in Pulte's Paradiso

The first of three model homes in Paradiso, a Summerlin neighborhood, has opened to visitors. Plan 3064 is a single-story design measuring 3,064 square feet with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Options include a fifth bedroom or a den in addition to a three-car garage.

Two two-story models, measuring 3,380 and 3,448 square feet, are scheduled to open in mid-April. Also available, but not modeled, is a single-story plan measuring 3,000 square feet.

Pulte Homes is developing the gated neighborhood in The Vistas village.

"Paradiso is perfect for home buyers seeking an innovative, quality-built home that exudes luxury-style executive living," sales manager Todd Hahn said. "Home buyers will enjoy the extensive benefits of Summerlin living, as well as the amenities within Paradiso once completed."

Homes, priced from $425,990 to $481,990, are highlighted by features such as turret entries and courtyards.

Each plan offers an upgraded kitchen featuring Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler's seal of approval. The upgrade package includes a stainless steel, wall-mounted hood; professional cook top with gas burner and grill; stainless steel built-in microwave with speed cook technology; stainless steel double convection oven; and a wine chiller.

"The kitchen has become more of a focal point for the home, especially with the growing number of at-home chefs," Mauler said. "Thus, with my expertise in cooking and experience designing commercial kitchens, I felt it was a natural step to give the homeowner a kitchen with a well-planned appliance package for cooking and entertaining."

All homes feature the Energy Star label, as well as the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology with 2X6 construction on exterior walls for added energy savings. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is offered.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Drive and head west. Proceed to Carriage Hill Drive, turn left, go to Vista Run Drive and turn right. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
