Pulte constructs additional models at Silverstone Ranch
Model-home construction continues at Silverstone Ranch, a Pulte Homes community in northwest Las Vegas. Some Series Four and Series Five homes are modeled, with the remainder under construction and expected to open in late March. Series One, Two and Three models are scheduled to open in late April. A sixth series of homes is planned. "The choices that are available at Silverstone Ranch are incredible," sales manager Jeff Galindo said. The community surrounds Silverstone Golf Club, a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Bob Cupp. The 34,000-square-foot clubhouse offers fine dining and is available for weddings, corporate events and pre- and post-round tournament gatherings. "Membership privileges will also be available for new-home buyers at Silverstone," Galindo said. Series Four homes measure from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and are priced from $309,990 to $349,990. Homes in Series Four include the 2544 plan, a 2,544-square-foot design. It can be built with three bedrooms and a den, four bedrooms, or a fifth bedroom or game room. Master-bedroom features include a walk-in closet, garden tub and separate shower. The plan is priced from $339,990. The 2616 design is also available in Series Four. It contains three bedrooms and a den. The great room has a media niche and fireplace. The home is priced from $349,990. Series Five homes range from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from $404,990 to $459,990. It is priced from $419,990. Also available is the 3064 plan, a single-story home with a courtyard and a rounded entry. Interior highlights include four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. A two-car garage is standard, and a three-car garage is optional, as is a den or fifth bedroom. The home is priced from $421,990. Series One, Two and Three homes are in presales and measure from 1,520 to 2,665 square feet. Prices start from $207,990 to $319,990. All homes are Energy Star certified, and offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Pulte Homes is developing 10 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
