Rhodes Ranch dotted with mature palms

Mature landscaping, winding streets and water features give the Rhodes Ranch community a feeling of tropical elegance and luxury, according to Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing manager for Rhodes Homes.

"We could have simply placed immature palm trees around the streets to eventually grow and mature," Rosenthal said. Rhodes Homes is building The Champions, The Lakes and The Links neighborhoods.

Homes at The Links range from 1,260 to 2,064 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

The Lakes offers three models ranging from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet, priced from the high $100,000s.

The Champions offers homes along the golf course ranging from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet. Prices start from the $300,000s.

Homes at Montrose by KB Home range from 1,564 to 2,972 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Summerchase by Desert Oak Homes has a home along the golf course available. The neighborhood is priced from the low $200,000s and consists of homes measuring from 2,094 to 4,886 square feet.

Astoria Homes is developing the Auburn Hills neighborhood. Four floor plans range from 2,414 to 3,694 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Each home features the Energy Star and Comfort Wise systems that are guaranteed to save 30 percent in energy costs over a standard home.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and go south. All sales centers are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
