Renaissance readies homes along golf course
Golf course homes built by Pardee Homes will be available for August move-in at Renaissance in the Seven Hills community, according to company executive Ray Landry. "Finishing touches are being put on these homes, which include the popular Gabrieli floor plan," Landry said. "It's a wonderful opportunity to move quickly into this extraordinary community." The two-story Gabrieli model measures 4,152 square feet and features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a bonus room and three-car garage. The design also includes a two-story entry, formal living room, oval dining room, butler's pantry and island kitchen. Its master suite has an island tub and separate shower with a skylight, and each secondary bedroom has a private bath. There are options for a bar, game room, fifth bedroom and bath, and a den, which can increase the home to 4,620 square feet. It is priced from $364,250. The gated neighborhood in Henderson features four other floor plans constructed on terraced home sites. Priced from $299,250 to $382,250, the single-story floor plans include as many as four bedrooms with options for dens and secondary suites in 2,726 to 2,938 square feet. The two-story plans range from 3,756 to 4,620 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The homes have met the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star standards for efficiency. The kitchens feature granite counter tops, chrome faucets with pull-out sprayers, oak cabinetry, pantries, five-burner cook tops, built-in microwaves, and dishwashers in a choice of colors. They also include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, wraparound balconies, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways. Options include additional suites, bay windows, French doors, wrought-iron balustrades, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms and bars. Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community featuring city and neighborhood parks, and miles of trails and walkways. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Grand Hills Drive and turn right. Follow the signs to the models, which are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee Homes has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
