Palm Hills showcases Rhodes' best designs

Rhodes Homes designed its Palm Hills neighborhood in Henderson to host some of its top models, the Gold and Platinum collections, according to sales agent Carol Friedland.

The guard-gated neighborhood also features rolling terrain.

"Many people come here and are attracted by the topography with the rolling sloped streets," Friedland said. "The elevations and dramatic views of the picturesque Black Mountains are unlike anything else available in the Las Vegas Valley."

There are six models ranging from 1,530 to 4,000 square feet and priced from the low $180,000s.

The Gold Collection features three homes.

The single-story Plan 1530 home measures 1,530 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a great room. A den option is available.

Another single-story home, Plan 1766, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $190,000s.

The two-story Plan 2640 residence features four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and island kitchen. It can be expanded into a six-bedroom home. It is priced from the low $220,000s.

The Platinum Collection offers three more floor plans.

The single-story Plan 2055 model comes with three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, island kitchen and two-car garage. It is priced from the high $210,000s.

The two-story Plan 3139 contains four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, island kitchen and three-car garage. A second suite is optional. It is priced from the mid-$260,000s.

The largest available home is the Plan 4005, which offers five bedrooms, an owner retreat, a loft, three baths, an island kitchen and a three-car garage. This home is priced from the low $290,000s.

A neighborhood park and play area are available to residents.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, turn right and proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway. Turn left on Horizon Ridge Parkway and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
