-- LaPour Partners broke ground on the third and final phase of WesTech Business Center, a 20-acre development at the southwest corner of Decatur Boulevard and Diablo Drive. Phase three is a $6 million, 70,255-square-foot development of 10 industrial buildings, ranging from 4,480 to 10,448 square feet.

-- Mark I. Lefkowitz of Power Realty represented Cuba Libre of Windmill Associates, Pica, et al, in the sale of 20 acres at the southeast corner of Windmill Lane and Duneville Road to Richmond American for $5.3 million. In another transaction, Rosalie Filipelli represented O'Keefe and Carmena in the sale of 20 acres at the northwest corner of Bruce Street and Azure Drive to Centex Homes of Nevada, represented by Lefkowitz, for $2.4 million. Dusty Buckel represented Jazzdust Partners in the sale of 10 acres at the southwest corner of Green Valley Parkway and Carnegie Street to MP Pension Plan, repre- sented by Lefkowitz, for $1.85 million.
