The Villas to release golf course homes

Christopher Homes will have golf course residences ready for move-in within 30 days to 60 days at The Villas, a neighborhood being developed within the Southern Highlands community in the southwestern valley.

The select homes align the community's golf course and also have views of the city or mountains.

Buyers can choose from seven floor plans, ranging from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s to the mid-$800,000s. Each has a rear-yard terrace, as well as a courtyard with an optional fireplace.

Buyers have the option of expanding a single-story home to a two-story, and a two-story home to three stories.

The builder also has two furnished models available for sale. Each aligns the golf course and offers city and mountain views. The Erte model was built with the optional second floor, and the Britto design features the optional third floor. Both have an enclosed courtyard with fireplace and spa, as well as a two-car garage.

The Erte measures 2,760 square feet with two bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an upstairs study. One bedroom, with its own bath, is located in a detached casita.

With 3,443 square feet, the Britto model provides three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a third-floor study.

All front-yard maintenance is handled through the homeowners association.

Christopher is also developing The Christopher Collection in Southern Highlands. Buyers can choose from five single-story floor plans, two two-story designs with downstairs master suites, and eight two-story plans with upstairs master suites.

The homes measure from 3,000 to 6,200 square feet and are priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million.

Both neighborhoods are located within the private boundaries of the Southern Highlands Golf Club, which has a guard-gated entry; roving security; concierge services; planned sports and fitness center; swimming pool; tennis courts; and clubhouse. Christopher Homes provides each buyer at The Christopher Collection and The Villas with a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.

The builder's in-house design center is available to all buyers.
