Twenty models open at Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Ranch has simplified the new-home search process by offering 20 model homes among six neighborhoods in the southwestern valley.

"We asked (some of) Southern Nevada's best home builders to create their best home designs and offer them here at Rhodes Ranch," Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing manager, said. "Our exclusive country club-style living starts as low as the mid-$100,000s."

The community's central amenity is the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club.

Among the neighborhoods are three by Rhodes Homes.

Homes at The Links range from 1,260 to 2,064 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s; while homes at The Lakes measure from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s. The Champions offers golf course homes ranging from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet and priced from the $300,000s.

KB Home is developing Montrose, where floor plans measure from 1,564 to 2,972 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

Astoria Homes is developing Auburn Hills, where five designs are available, ranging from 2,414 to 3,694 square feet. Prices start from the high $230,000s. All homes feature the Energy Star and Comfort Wise technologies for energy efficiency.

Desert Oak Homes is building Summerchase, where one golf course home remains. The neighborhood offers homes measuring from 2,094 to 4,886 square feet. Prices start from the low $200,000s.

All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Rhodes Ranch is located at Durango Drive and Interstate 215.
