Custom lots ready in Seven Hills

Custom lots with views of the city, mountains or a neighboring golf course are available in Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership in Henderson.

Home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more $1 million, and some measure as large as 1 acre. Each custom neighborhood has its own guard-gated entry, landscaped open space and a park.

In addition to neighborhood parks, Seven Hills features four city parks, which among them provide basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold in the community, and more than 120 homes are in various stages of construction.

To visit the sales and information pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway then head west. Proceed about a mile to Seven Hills Drive, turn south and drive about another mile. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
