Del Webb preps for lot releaseSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Del Webb Corp. will release 49 home sites on Monday in Tall Mesa Village within Sun City Anthem in Henderson. The new release includes some of the last available Cottage series home sites in the age-qualified community. Buyers can choose from two Cottage series models: the Hancock and the Hamilton. Both are designed for people seeking an intimate home that is efficient and easy to maintain, according to sales manager Lorraine Roberts. "We know from experience that these models will sell quickly," Roberts said. "They are built for convenience and comfort." The Hancock features one bedroom plus a den and great room in 1,080 square feet; while the Hamilton provides two bedrooms and a great room in 1,160 square feet. The Hamilton also includes a covered patio. "Tall Mesa Village is on a plateau leading from the top of a mesa down a steep street into the valley. There are peninsula cul-de-sacs overlooking the valley and lots of natural desert located in and around the mesa," Roberts said. Three additional home site series -- Classics, Premiers and Estates -- are available in Tall Mesa Village. There are 19 single-family floor plans available, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet. Homes are priced from the low $140,000s to more than $500,000. The community is located in the foothills of Black Mountain, and is home to the Revere at Anthem, which offers two championship golf courses -- the Lexington and the Concord. Both were designed by PGA Tour player Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash. Complementing the golf courses is The Revere clubhouse, a 23,149-square-foot facility with a pro shop and Buckman's Tavern, a full-service restaurant. Central to the community is Anthem Center, which serves as a venue for special events, club meetings, dining and dancing. It also contains a fitness center with exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, walking tracks and wellness programs. To visit the model village, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and drive about 1 1/4 mile to Alexandria Drive and turn right. Sales office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
