Sales begin at Pardee's Tamarack
Sales are under way for Pardee Homes' new Tamarack neighborhood in the Rancho Las Palmas community. "The 170 homes in Tamarack represent the last of Rancho Las Palmas. One of the benefits to home buyers is that everything is already built around these new homes, including schools, parks, commercial centers and even a post office," Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales, said. Plan One measures from 1,431 to 1,597 square feet. The single-story design has three bedrooms, two baths, an island kitchen and a two-car garage. It is priced from $188,950. The larger plan, priced from $195,950, offers a fourth bedroom or den. The single-story Plan Two measures 1,555 or 1,688 square feet and has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. A fourth bedroom or den is optional, as is a master suite in lieu of one bedroom. It is priced from $196,950 and $202,950. Measuring from 2,046 to 2,442 square feet, the two-story Plan Three offers four bedrooms or three bedrooms and an optional den, three baths and a two-car garage. It is priced from $213,950. A bonus room is included in the larger configuration, priced from $227,950 and 232,950. Plan Four offers homes measuring from 2,241 to 2,503 square feet in a two-story design. It offers three to five bedrooms, a studio, loft, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, and a three-car tandem garage. It is priced from $223,950. A second-floor laundry room and linen closet highlight Plan Five. It has three to five bedrooms and three baths. Options include a loft, bonus room and downstairs guest suite. The home measures from 2,339 to 2,892 square feet and is priced from $232,950. Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, maple cabinetry, islands in select plans and appliance packages. Options include exterior stone veneer, wood mantels, master suite decks, office packages, central vacuum systems, bonus rooms, workshops and upgraded counter tops and cabinets. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and turn right. Proceed to Bermuda Road, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
