Pulte's design suits multigenerational family

Mark and Amy Stadmiller, their 6-year old daughter, Lisa, and his mother, Shirley Peru- gini, who lives with them, are looking forward to moving into their new home at Pulte Homes' Serenata neighborhood in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

"When we heard about the new community at Aliante, we were very excited and couldn't wait to check it out," Mark Stadmiller said. "I work as a subcontractor for Pulte, and I've always been impressed with their product. We soon discovered Serenata was a winning combination of a fabulous location with wonderful amenities, and the quality homes that Pulte offers."

The Stadmillers, who currently live in a Pulte home, said the 2594 plan suited their desire to upgrade. They said the design's first-floor master bedroom and upstairs secondary bedrooms were appealing.

"My mother, who turns 80 this year, lives with us, so it was important that we purchased a home with a livable design," Mark Stadmiller said. "It's really amazing having three generations living under one roof, and we were very happy that Pulte offered a plan that was so well-suited to the needs of our family."

The Stadmillers were also pleased with the customer service they've received, as well as the builder's dedication to energy efficiency.

"Pulte offers a high-quality product, and their employees have been helpful every step of the way. Another thing that has attracted us to Pulte is their commitment to energy efficiency. Since we live in a desert climate, keeping our energy bills low was very important to us," Amy Stadmiller said.

The homes feature the company's Platinum Series Environment for Living building technology, and have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label. A three-year heating and cooling guarantee is offered.

Additional features include solid-surface counter tops, appliance packages and ceramic-tile entries.

Single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet and priced from $216,990 to $256,990.

The builder also offers Vialetto in the community.

Among Aliante's amenities are the 20-acre archaeological-themed Nature Discovery Park, a picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, tennis and volleyball courts, more than 20 miles of trails and linear parks, and an arroyo. There also will be a 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course.

Plans call for two elementary schools, a middle school, fire station and 100 acres of commercial development.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right on Frontage Road, left onto Interstate 215, then exit at Aliante Parkway and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The builder is also developing Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley; Paradiso, Summerfield, Hillstone, Cara Vella, Gresham Park and Sage Hills in Summerlin; and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
